A few updates:
I still have no idea what level my alts are.
I haven't been on Twìtch in an eternity and I miss him.
Destinae has gotten some new achievements...
Yep. In the little time I have put in with the game recently...I've managed to finagle my way into a 3 Drake Sartharion run. After about 5 attempts we managed to get him down. No, I didn't win the Reins of the Twilight Drake, but I did get a nifty New Title...
Twilight Vanquisher Destinae
I dig it. Oh yes I do! So I ended up getting two achieves on the OS 25 + 3 Drake run: Twilight Assist (25 player) and Gonna Go When The Volcano Blows (25 Player). Out of all the runs I've been on, I can't believe I never got that second one before.
I think that was maybe Monday evening. Tuesday is an off-night for the guild. I honestly don't remember even logging in...hmm...Anyway...Wednesday night is one of our raid nights with Circle, so we did Vault 25 and then, surprisingly, we kept our 25man group together and did some ICC 25. We pretty much one-shotted every boss up until Rotface (with the exception of 1 wipe on Marrowgar...but it was a really weird glitchy wipe so...it's acceptable)...we wiped pretty badly on Rotface, but it was late and most of us were tired or had RL stuff distracting us *ahem* so we didn't perform as well as we normally do. I think maybe we got a little cocky from the ease of our previous fights.
What else...oh right...so I ended up getting "I've Gone and Made a Mess (25 player)" and "Storming the Citadel (25 Player)". Those were two achievements I never thought I'd see, that's for sure. It was a really nice night. I ended up getting some BEAUTIFUL new gloves for my druid from ICC25...hang on and I'll show them to you...

*searches for that pesky screenshot*
There we go. Look...at those...gloves...oh...my goose!
I currently have the t9 equipped. One of the sad parts about grabbing THESE gloves is that...well I lose my t9 set bonus (5% Crit Chance Buff on Nourish...and I LOVE NOURISH)...but overall, the haste on these plus the yellow socket (allowing for MORE haste) is absolutely gorgeous. Also, the spellpower on these babies with the red socket...yum. OMNOMNOM...
It's sort of annoying that there's no socket bonus, at least not on this screen shot...I thought I had remembered seeing one...but throughout our runs in ICC and VoA..a LOT of resto leathers dropped...Obviously I'm not the only tree in our grove so I happily passed on the other pieces to other guild members. I don't really go for loot. I go for fun. Upgrades definitely make it more fun, but I'm really just happy being able to raid.
Anyway, I was really excited. I haven't put any gems or enchants on the gloves yet. I will probably do that tonight when I get ...wherever I'm going.
Hmm, I think that about wraps it up. I think tomorrow if I have some free time during the day I'm going to give Twìtch some much needed attention. He needs to work on getting his professions leveled a bit more...seriously...the slacker. Oh, and he really needs some resto gear. I'm speccing him feral, but with solid enough resto gear, he'll be able to queue in as tank, heal, or dps, which will be nice...instant queuing for him = power leveling! YAY!
Let's see...something fun I noticed...thanks to my obsession with running dungeons on my warlock, she isn't even halfway through her Hellfire Peninsula quests and she's already level 66. The quests are insanely easy and still give a nice bit of XP...and group quests are now soloable. Just thought it was funny. I remember when leveling my death knight (without heirloom gear, by the way), that she was only level 62 when leaving Hellfire Peninsula to venture through Zangarmarsh. Blizz is making this too easy. I love them and hate them for it.
As much as I'd like to continue boring you all with my endless babble...the real world once again beckons. I will be back soon, I hope!
With love,
Des
